Ingredients
Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings
- 2 bananas, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup canned pumpkin purée
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 dates, pitted
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 pinch ground ginger
Directions
- Combine bananas, almond milk, pumpkin purée, protein powder, dates, vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger in a blender; blend until smooth.
