Ingredients
Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings
- cooking spray
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 8 large eggs
- 2 ¾ ounces fully-cooked bacon pieces (such as Oscar Mayer®)
- ¼ cup whole milk
- 1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste
- 1 pinch onion powder, or to taste
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- ½ (8 ounce) package shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
