Easy Breakfast Egg Muffins

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings

  • cooking spray
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 ¾ ounces fully-cooked bacon pieces (such as Oscar Mayer®)
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • 1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste
  • 1 pinch onion powder, or to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • ½ (8 ounce) package shredded mild Cheddar cheese

Directions

  6. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
