Caribbean Health Drink

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings

  • 1 cup chopped carrot
  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 1 apple – peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions

  1. Blend the carrot, banana, kiwi, apple, pineapple, and ice cubes in a blender until smooth.
